Stan Lee Goes Hollywood

Its official: Stan Lee has just got a star on the broadway Hollywood Walk of Fame. Lee’s literal co-stars in this will be Angela Bassett, Cate Blanchett, Christina Aguilera, Brooks & StanLee.bmpDunn, Ricky Martin, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Vince McMahon, Howie Mandel and Tim Robbins.

Its long overdue, yet somewhat surprising, considering Lee has been in the business long before all the others, but really only earned the recognition for his work in “motion pictures”. Considering everything else he did, it just seems rather limiting to focus all of his (admittedly recent) accomplishments in that one area, which make up only a small portion of his career.

Still, its a huge, huge honor and great day for comic book fans!
